Abstract
An old woman presented with 4 years of erythematous patches and nodules on her trunk and limbs. Skin biopsy showed that Pautrier' microabscesses formed in epidermis with diffuse Iymphohistiocytic infiltrating and granulomatous reaction in cutaneous. Immunostaining revealed that LCA(+), CD2(+), CD3(+), CD4 partly positive, CD45Ro(+), CD68 partly positive, CD20(-). The diagnosis of granulomatous mycosis fungoides(GMF) was made. Further, the articles related to clinical features, histiopathology, therapy and prognosis of GMF were reviewed.
