N2 - Under the background of the explosive growth of personalized service demand, the digitization of product and service, and the socialization of service resources, a new service-oriented manufacturing business model named smart connected product service system (PSS) is proposed in this paper. From the service flow and product service ability, smart connected product and socialized service resources, the problem of CPS-oriented smart connected Product Service System design and socialized service crowdsourcing configuration is studied. It includes three parts: analysis of the personalized service demands, with the aid of service flow design and product minimum service capacity modeling method to meet service requirements; CPS embedded Web services modular design method for smart connected product; Community construction of service resources based on federated learning and service order driven social crowdsourcing configuration. The goal is to design a new generation of smart, connected, efficient and flexible service-oriented manufacturing model.
