Abstract

Objective: To detect the expression of peripheral lymphoid cell surface CD15s antigen in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: Flow cytometry technique was applied to examine the expression of peripheral lymphoid cell surface CD15s antigen in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure, and the clinical data was analyzed. Results: The level of peripheral lymphoid cell CD15s expression in long-term dialysis patients was 1.81±0.79, significantly higher than that in normal control (P < 0.05). Conclusion: High expression of peripheral lymphoid cell surface CD15s antigen in CRF patients is mainly caused by hemodialysis.
