Abstract
Experimental study on non-equilibrium characteristics of circulatory flash evaporation was present. The tests were conducted at superheat from 0 to 30 K, flash evaporation pressure of 0.0124, 0.0199 and 0.0311 MPa, water flow rate of 0.11, 0.17 and 0.22 L/s, initial waterfilm height of 140 and 180 mm. The experimental results show that Non-equilibrium fraction (NEF) decreases with the increase of pressure and the increase of water flow rate, but increases with the increase of initial waterfilm height. Based on the experimental results analysis, a correlation about the non-equilibrium fraction with all the influencing factors are present.
