Abstract

The theoretical computation model on the heat generation and heat transfer of rolling bearing was illustrated. And the experimental research on the rolling bearing was reviewed via the traditional thermocouple method and the newly wireless testing technology for rolling bearing. The characteristic of different theoretical models were compared, and the experimental research on the heat generation and heat transfer of rolling bearing subassembly was discussed. Both the experimental scheme and the measuring technology of rolling bearing were introduced from the two aspects of heat generation and heat transfer. The use of MEMS wireless thermal sensitive sensor on the experimental test of rolling bearing was discussed in detail.
