Abstract

The experimental study of flow and heat transfer characteristics of Cross Wavy (CW) primary surface recuperator in low Reynolds was performed. The influence of gas flow non-uniform distribution on heat transfer performance was investigated by measuring the gas temperature distributions of inlet and outlet. The convective heat transfer coefficient, h, is obtained from total heat transfer coefficient, k, by equal mass flow rate method, and the variations of Nu and f vs. Re were obtained.
