Abstract
The performances of the refrigeration cycle of the mixture HFC152a/HCFC22 and HFC152a/HFC125 used as refrigerant for domestic refrigerators were theoretically calculated and analyzed. The experimental study on the main performances of refrigerator refrigeration cycle was conducted by using the two mixtures substituting for CFC12 under the condition of unchanged original refrigerator construction and its optimization composition and charge amount. The experimental results indicate that the performances of the refrigerator using the mixtures meet the national standard request, and the optimal charge amount of HFC152a/HFC125 in BCD-218 refrigerator is 97 g, and its energy consumption is 1.156 kW·h/24 h which is only 90 percent of that of CFC12 and 99 percent of that of HFC152a/HFC125. Therefore the mixture refrigeration HFC152a/HFC125 is the more suitable to substituting CFC12 than HFC152a/HCFC22.
