Abstract
Selecting partner is considered as a hybrid multiattribute decision-making problem with uncertainty by analyzing its characteristics. After the attributes for each enterprise are measured by using numerical values or belief structures, a decision-making approach is given, in which the information of all attributes is integrated based on evidence theory and a satisfactory partner is selected according to the incomplete information of the utilities of evaluation grades. Finally, an example is used to demonstrate its practicality.
