abstract = "The proposal of carbon emission reduction strategy makes the operation mode of power system cleaner. The renewable energy (RE) such as wind power and photovoltaics have attracted people's attention due to their clean and low-carbon characteristics. With the promotion of power market reform, renewable energy power generation has different abandonment situations due to different market rules. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the renewable energy accommodation (REA) capability in the market environment. In this paper, the budget uncertainty set of RE output is constructed based on robust optimization. A REA evaluation model is established considering the uncertainty of renewable energy, and it is transformed and solved based on dual theory and McCormick envelope. The example analysis shows that the uncertainty of renewable energy, climbing ability and line safety constraints affect the renewable energy accommodation capability.",
