Abstract

The flexibly single-point force sensor, which was used to detect the point-meshing force between two meshing objects, often suffered from measuring error caused by the original structure of the flexibly single-point force sensor. Aim at this problem, measuring error was analyzed and discussed with specific reference to the structure of the flexibly single-point force sensor. The method and thoughts were given out to weaken measuring error and this method was verified in the laboratory. Through experimenting and analyzing, results showed that the solutions put forward according to actual conditions could weaken measuring error of the flexibly single-point force sensor; namely revised structure could further improve the precision of measurement.
