Abstract
The authors regret < there are mistakes in Fig. 2e and f of the results section in the original published version of this article. The TEM images of control and T1DM groups in Fig. 2e and f were accidentally pasted incorrectly in the image making process. The corrected figure is listed in the next page. In the original Results 3.2, the sentence “cytomembrane shrinkage (Fig. 2f, represented by red arrow)” should be deleted. In the original figure legend of Fig. 2, the sentence “The red arrows indicate cytomembrane shrinkage.” should be deleted, and “Scale bar, 500 nm” should be corrected to “Scale bar, 200 nm”. >. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
