Abstract

The recent development in synthesis of polyaniline using horseradish peroxidase (HRP), a sort of oxidoreductase, was summarized. The catalyze mechanism of HRP, HRP-catalyzed synthesis of ortho-position or para-position replacing polyaniline, the immobilization methods of HRP and the immobilized HRP-catalyzed synthesis of polyaniline were also introduced.
