Abstract

In this article, a CCD picosecond scanning image spectroscopy is introduced to measure emission spectra of four samples, PS II particle, CP43.PC47 and LHC I in a direct and fast way. The samples are excited by 82MHz Ar+ laser centered at 514. 5nm. The experiment result shows that the main part of the fluorescence spectrum of PS II is arousen by Chla in inner antenna CP43.
