Abstract
This paper presents a detailed electromagnetic interference (EMI) analysis and evaluation for a three-phase three-level flying capacitor diode clamped dual active bridge (DAB) converter. Principle of the flying capacitor diode clamped DAB is firstly discussed. Then potential EMI noise source as well as noise coupling path was analyzed. It includes both common mode (CM) coupling path and differential mode (DM) coupling path. A three-phase three-level DAB hardware prototype is built to verify the simulation results. It demonstrates the theoretical analysis is in good accordance with the experimental results.
