Abstract

Recently, nanocomposite materials have caught a wide attention due to their excellent properties. In this study, the Nickel-Alumina (Ni-Al 2O3) nanocomposite as a new material for high temperature and high stress applications was investigated. Effects of the surfactant, temperature, and current density on the surface morphology, surface roughness, and mechanical property of the electrochemically synthesized nanocomposite were characterized and discussed. Also, Ni-Al2O3 nanocomposite micro components of good qualities were fabricated using optimized conditions
