Abstract
The effects of short fiber content in three kinds of composite systems on mechanical property of composite at different direction were compared, such as nitrilon short fiber-reinforced rubber composite (EN system), aramid short fiber-reinforced rubber composite (EA system), nitrilon/aramid short fiber-reinforced rubber composite (ENA system), and the effects of short fiber content in two kinds composite systems (EA and ENA) on ablation property and relative density as well. When short fiber content in composite systems reach 6 portion, tensile strength and extensibility of ENA system is bigger than that of EA system, ablation property of ENA system is superior to that of EA system, but relative density of ENA system is lower than that of EA system.
