Abstract
The phase transition from ferroelectric to antiferroelectric could be induced by elevating temperature. And then the much charge was released. The discharge properties of phase transition from ferroelectric to antiferroelectric were investigated for PbNb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 material. The heating rate and external load dependence of current and discharge density was studied. Finally, an equivalent circuit model was set up for the discharge characteristics.
