Abstract

慢性丙型肝炎（CHC）隐匿进展是导致肝硬化和肝细胞癌（HCC）的主要原因之一。近年来，随着直接抗病毒药物（DAAs）的问世，CHC尤其是特殊人群包括进展期肝病和HCC的抗病毒治疗取得了巨大进展。DAAs和HCC的相关问题也成为目前CHC治疗的重要关注点之一。现就近年来丙型肝炎相关HCC诊治的最新研究进展进行综述。.
