Abstract
Objective: To establish an analytical method of determinating icarrin in Jianbao Capsule by HPLC. Methods: Icarrins in the capsule were separated by HPLC on C18 column (150mm x 4. 6mm) with a CH3CN-0.075 mol/LH3PO4(25:75) as mobile phase and detected at 270 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Results: There was a good linear relationship with a range of 0.06-0.30 μg (r=0. 9991) and the average recovery rate was 98.50% (n=5, RSD=1.20%). Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and simple for quantitative analysis of Jianbao Capsule.
