Abstract
This paper presents the design of a millimeter-wave radar antenna array and its application in respiratory health monitoring. The designed antenna array achieves wide beam coverage required for human vital sign monitoring. An algorithm is proposed for sleep respiratory health monitoring, which can accurately and effectively monitor respiratory quality. The respiratory health monitoring experiment conducted validated the practicality of the proposed respiratory health detection based on millimeter wave radar, demonstrating the effectiveness of millimeter wave radar in detecting respiratory health issues.
