Abstract
Piecewise linear control system is a kind of hybrid system composed of multiple linear systems, which is widely used in the actual control system. In this paper, the author analyse the design of high speed rice seedling transplanter system based on IGHS algorithm segmentation system. At present, the deficiency of the seedling raising device is mainly manifested in the low height of the seedling pinch point and the phenomenon of leaking seedlings. In order to solve these problems, we have carried out the kinematics simulation of the proposed design in the dynamic simulation analysis environment. Through the analysis of the simulation results of the virtual prototype of the improved post separation plant and the comparison before the improvement of the scheme, the correctness of the improved post separation plant is verified.
