Abstract
Spot market plays a key role in putting forward the construction of electricity market and improving operation efficiency and security. A low-consumption and high-efficiency electricity market is proposed to fulfill geographical representation, energy saving and environmental protection. Construction of the spot market is described to consider the main features of the local region and solve the prominent problems of electricity market. Based on the experience of domestic and international power market, the framework of spot market is proposed to promote the renewable energy consumption for the power grid with high proportion of renewable energy.
