Design of construction instrument of PCA model based on LabVIEW technique

In this paper, through the hybrid programming between LabVIEW and MATLAB, construction instrument of PCA model is designed based on the PCA algorithm. The instrument is proved to be available to establish PCA model and output the parameter of the PCA model conveniently through the examples. The instrument can be also applied to fault detection using the fault data samples in order to test the accuracy of the PCA model established; it shares many characteristics, such as easy to be operated and clear system structure.
