Abstract

Rice seedling raising machine automation is an important part of rice mechanized planting, and it is the key factor affecting rice seedling rising. In this paper, the authors analyze the design and study of high efficiency no-tillage seeder with variable frequency servo based on singlechip. By using SCM and related servo control algorithm to optimize the design of efficient no till planter, it can improve the automation and accuracy of no till planter, and provide relevant technical reference for the modernization of no till planter. In this design, the servo control system gets the feedback signal through the speed detection of the seeder. It is proved by the test that the no tillage planter designed in this paper has effectively improved the automation level of sowing.
