Abstract
Five Ti alloy scaffold models with different pore structures were designed and fabricated using the 3-D printing technology. The micro porous feature and strength of the scaffold model were observed and tested. The results indicate that there is a certain error between the micro-structure design feature and the fabrication feature, but within a controllable range. Under the condition of near porosity and the same pole sectional size, the three-dimensional structure with different unit cells has a great impact on scaffold strength. The V-structured model scaffold strength is closely related to pole intersection angle and pole length. The result of the theoretical analysis is in accordance with the experimental result.
