N2 - For the new energy manufacturing scenario, the overlapping features of multi-species, small batch, and multi-order products are becoming increasingly evident. This paper achieves the traceability of the new energy battery product process information by developing a traceability system. First, based on user and system functional requirements, the software and functional architecture of the new energy battery traceability system are designed; a full lifecycle database for the new energy battery is constructed, covering data from sourcing, processing, manufacturing, inspection, warehousing, to distribution. Due to the uniqueness of laser marking and demand, a dynamically designed two-dimensional code is implemented to build a dynamic QR code system that meets the requirements of "one item, one code, one code, one chain". This digital traceability system effectively improves product information transparency and provides technical support for the high-quality development of the new energy battery manufacturing industry.
