Abstract

Three-dimensional phase-space representation and 3-dimensional surface imaging using single scalar time series data obtained from two very different atmospheric pressure plasma systems is presented. The process of delay embedding, Savitzky-Golay digital filtering and deconvolution of frequency-domain data is described.
