Abstract
Based on existing reconstruction operator of multiscale simulation, an algorithm coupling the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) and artificial compressibility method (ACM) is proposed to simulate transient flow. The algorithm is validated by simulating the two-dimensional lid-driven cavity flow. The numerical results show the validity and computational efficiency of the proposed method.
