The authors regret that the powder in Fig. 1(b) is wrongly named in paragraph 2, section 2.1. It should be “(FC, 5–22 μm, Fujimi, Aichi, Japan, see Fig. 1b)”. In addition, the caption of Fig. 1 should be “Fig. 1. Morphologies of the powders [45]: (a) HOSP and (b) FC.” The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
