Abstract

In the proof of Theorems 1–3 in Wang, Liu, and Sun (2018), it was implicitly assumed that the position of actuators [Formula presented] must be in some artificially chosen subsets of [Formula presented] due to the utilization of a variant of Poincaré–Wirtinger inequality (see Lemma 1 Wang et al., 2018).
