Abstract

The authors regret SFig. 4A contained stitched images, causing some areas to be duplicated. The corrected SFig. 4A with the full chip photo has been included. SFig. 4D is an image of a single well, with a repeated paste. The corrected SFig. 4D has removed the duplication. These changes do not affect the interpretation of data or the conclusion of the study.[Figure presented] SFig. 4. Live/Dead assay controls. (A) Fluorescent scanner image (Ex/Em: 532/575 ± 25) of MCF7 breast cancer cells in microwell arrays, stained with Calcein AM (live; green) and TO-PRO-3®(dead, red), after exposure to DPBS for 6 hours. (B) Fluorescent scanner image (Ex/Em: 635/670 ± 20) of MCF7 breast cancer cells in a microwell array, stained with Calcein AM (live; green) and TO-PRO-3® (dead, red), after exposure to 0.01 % Triton X-100 for 6 hours. (C,D) High magnification images of representative examples of negative (C) and positive (D) controls with live (green) and dead (red) staining.> The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
