Abstract

In the original article, the disclosure was incomplete. This has now been updated to add the statement for J. Baselga: JBa is on the Board of Directors for Varian Medical Systems, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and is a past board member of Grail. He has performed consulting and/or advisory work for Roche, Lilly, and Novartis. Also, originally the disclosure was part of the Supplementary Material, but this has now been moved to the article.
