Abstract

Highlights Current progress of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) integrated circuit manufacturing technology is reviewed. Preparation methods of semiconductor CNTs with high purity are summarized Large-scale and regular assembly techniques of CNTs are summarized Fabrication of CNT integrated circuit from nanoscale to macroscale is summarized Challenges and directions for future research in CNT integrated circuit are proposed.
