Abstract
Sensitivity analysis for electric power markets is very important since it can provide useful information for designing bidding strategies. By analysis the market mechanism, a model is developed in this paper to calculated the deviation of the market clearing price due to changes of bid curves. Numerical testing results show that the model can catch market price deviation and is useful to optimize bidding strategy.
