Abstract
To solve the problems of poor weak human-machine interaction and information overload existing in assembly and disassembly guiding system for mechanical equipments, a sub-assembly and disassembly context awareness method based on assembly semantic map model was proposed. The combination features of assembly and disassembly semantic was analyzed, and the part type ontology hierarchy tree model, the joint type ontology hierarchy tree model and the assembly semantic map model were established. Based on these models, a similarity evaluation method for assembly and disassembly context using assembly semantic map model was presented. The knowledge and experience model based on semantic context was proposed by using this similarity evaluation method, which realized the retrieval and selection for assembly and disassembly guiding, and improved the guiding information pertinence and the human-machine interaction.
