Artificial intelligence applications in electronic commerce

Abstract

There are various applications of AI on web-based electronic commerce (EC) environment. However, the application of intelligence in EC is confined by the state-of-the-art of the AI aldiough EC has a high potential of AI deployment. In this talk, we will review the status of AI applications in EC, and a research opportunity for future applications.
