Abstract
Using laser-induced fluorescence, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy, and tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy, laser ionization time of time-of-flight MS have been accordingly applied in various industrial fields. In this study, temperature and species concentration were measured inside gas turbine combustors, diesel engines, large-scale industrial burner, commercial incinerator furnace, and PCB disposal plant.
