Abstract
Two cases of aneurysmal fibrous histiocytoma (AFH) are reported. AFH is a rare variant of dermatofibroma, characterized by blood-filled spaces within the fibrous histiocytoma. The differential diagnosis of AFH is very important, because it is easily misdiagnosed as malignant melanoma, haemangioma, and neurofibroma.
