Analytic fitting of transport coefficients in the electron conductivity model for dense plasma

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

A complete set of transport coefficients with reasonable accuracy in a wide range of plasma temperatures and densities are presented. Therefore, they are useful for numerical simulation in magnetic confinement fusion, laser fusion, Z-pinch plasma, etc.. The analytic fitting of transport coefficients in a variety of conditions is given in this paper. The formulas can facilitate the calculation of transport coefficients for various applications.
