Abstract

We study an individualized electricity and thermal coupled pricing strategy for consumers with different demand profiles in an industrial park. Firstly, a CHP cost minimization model with the key parameter fitting errors is formulated. The load balance constraints, turbine power generation capacity constraints and on/off grid electric energy constraints are also considered in this model. Then we use lagrangian multipliers to get real-time energy costs in dual space based on marginal cost principles in economics. To improve the efficience of resource allocation by market clearing mechanism, an individualized price is updated through the marginal cost of each consumer's demand response. Simulation results show that the pricing mechanism we designed is effective and efficient.
