Abstract

The background of application and research of thermal-conductive polymers was reviewed with 61 references. The advances in the study of thermal-conductive plastics and rubbers in recent years and requirements on the thermal-conductive fillers were described. The theory researches of thermal-conductive polymers were commented, especially in the latest development of forecast of thermal conductivity of polymer compositions.
