Abstract

This is a companion paper to the paper titled "A New Performance Metric for Search and Track Missions," which is also published in these proceedings. This paper provides a realistic simulation using the performance index proposed in the aforementioned paper to show how the proposed performance measure scores missions consisting of a team of unmanned aerial vehicles searching for and tracking targets in a realistic search mission setting.
