Abstract

A monolithic integrated 100MHz 3.3V-1.5V low-power buck converter operating in CCM was successfully designed using 0.35μm CMOS technology. The critical circuits of the high frequency controller and an on-chip double-layer spiral inductor are presented. From the analysis and results, a steady buck converter with the efficiency of 73.8% is achieved.
