N2 - Localization algorithm is a important issue in Wireless Sensor Networks. Multilateration is one of the most well-known distributed localization methods. In this paper, we analyze the effect that the reference node selection on positioning results, and propose a linearization reference anchor node selection strategy to improve the localization accuracy. The proposed sLS method and sWLS method don't require additional hardware, and can be easily implemented. Finally, simulation results are conducted to demonstrate the efficiency of the sLS method.
