Abstract
The generator start-up problem is a multi-stage, multi-constraint, multi-objective, nonlinear and discrete complex combinatorial optimization problem. Firstly, this paper considers four research objects of unit, grid, load and line, and puts forward four corresponding evaluation indicators. With the relevant constraints considered, the multi-objective generator start-up strategy model with preference is built. The r-NSGA-II algorithm that used in preference optimization theory is presented to optimize the multi-objective generator start-up model with preference. Finally, by comparing the optimal solution of multiple Pareto, the best unit recovery order and recovery line path are selected. The model and algorithm validity presented in this paper are verified by the test system.
