Abstract

The microgrid must be able to transfer into islanding operation mode to guarantee the power reliability for the critical local load, while the power injected into the main grid by the microgrid should be smoothed in order to reduce the disturbance to the main grid. A control strategy regarding these issues for the microgrid is proposed in this paper. The configuration of the microgrid is presented firstly. Then the control strategy for the distributed generators in the microgrid is illustrated. Finally, the control strategy is verified by the simulation results.
