Abstract

The implementation process of rotor dynamic balancing usually requires multiple starts and stops to add trial weights. The method of dynamic balancing without trial weights avoids risks of adding trial weights and has high implementation efficiency. Therefore, this method has become the studying focus at home and abroad in recent years. Here, firstly, development and limitations of traditional dynamic balancing methods were introduced, and then the basic concepts and advantages of dynamic balancing without trial weights were presented. Then, according to the implementation principle, the dynamic balance method without trial weights were classified from 6 aspects of based on dynamic model, based on influence coefficient method, based on intelligent algorithm, combination of dynamic model and influence coefficient method, combination of dynamic model and intelligent algorithm, and combination of influence coefficient method and intelligent algorithm. Secondly, based on the above classifications, according to different specific implementation methods, the specific idea adopted by each type of without trial weights dynamic balancing method was summarized, and its recognition mechanism and implementation effect were introduced in detail. Finally, the development trend of without trial weights dynamic balancing method was prospected.
