Abstract
The integration of large-scale new energy sources has led to an increase in the volatility of the power system, resulting in more serious peak regulation and ramp problems. This paper studies how to consider the use of flexible resources in ultra-short-term optimal scheduling to meet the requirements of peak regulation and ramp orienting to flexible resource configuration. Firstly, this paper proposes a flexible resource operation model and a power system optimization scheduling model in the ultra-short-term period to calculate the vacancies of peak regulation and ramp in power system. Secondly, in order to consider the numbers of flexible resources that need to be added when the power system is short of flexibility, a flexible resource configuration model is proposed, and an ultra-short-term scheduling process orienting to flexible resource configuration is given. Finally, through case studies based on the actual data of a province, the simulation analyses of the ultra-short-term optimal scheduling with and without adding the flexible resources are carried out, and the validity of the proposed method is proved.
