Abstract
All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite (CsPbBr3) quantum dots have shown great potential in the field of fluorescence temperature sensors due to their excellent optical properties. Focusing on the non-uniform fluorescence of CsPbBr3 quantum dots caused by uncontrollable in-situ crystallization strategy which is revolved around the temperature monitoring problem of bearing rotating components (bearing inner ring, bearing cage, et al) under high oil pollution and strong interference environment, a preparation-optimization method of CsPbBr3 quantum dots coated with polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF), whose effectiveness is verified by means of microscopic morphology characterization, is proposed based on electrospinning technology and orthogonal experiment method, What's more, silicone resin (SR) coating process is used to improve the thermal stability of the perovskite quantum dot sensor. Finally, through temperature monitoring experiment of the bearing cage, it is demonstrated that the temperature monitoring performance of perovskite quantum dot sensor can be effectively enhanced by using electrospinning technology combined with SR coating process.
