Abstract
Power electronic transformer is the key equipment for AC and DC power conversion and control in AC-DC hybrid power distribution system. Taking the 10kV-3MVA four-port PET prototype applied in Suzhou Tongli AC-DC hybrid power system as the object, this paper studies the circuit topology design and distributed control technology, and proposes a circuit topology and its port coordination control strategy suitable for multi-port DC bipolar application. Herein, the access requirements of AC and DC equipment with multiple voltage levels and the complex application scenarios of AC-DC hybrid power distribution are considered. Simulation and test results verify that the PET design can meet the complex application requirements of AC-DC hybrid power distribution system, and has important practical significance for the promotion and application of PET in AC-DC hybrid distributed power grid.
